PRIMER REGISTRO DEL GÉNERO MARUINA MÜLLER, 1895 (DIPTERA: PSYCHODIDAE) EN URUGUAY

The genus Maruina (Diptera: Psychodidae) is cited for the first time for Uruguay from benthic samples in streams of the Río Negro basin, Uruguay. This data would be the southernmost record for the South American continent of this genus.
